All appraisal reports are prepared in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). Our appraisals represent our professional opinion of value as of the effective date of the appraisal and are intended solely for the use stated in the report.

Appraisal reports are confidential and may not be shared with third parties without our written consent, except as required by law or as specified in the report.

4. Fees and Payment

Appraisal fees are quoted based on the complexity of the assignment and are due upon completion of the appraisal. We accept various forms of payment. A deposit may be required for certain assignments.

5. Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appraisal appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

6. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the fee paid for the appraisal service. We are not responsible for any decisions made based on our appraisal reports or for any consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
